King Cove Store & Community
King Cove, on the southern Alaska Peninsula, is a fishing village with strong ties to the Aleut people. The community depends on fishing, particularly for salmon and cod, as a cornerstone of its economy. Residents also engage in subsistence activities like berry gathering and hunting.
