AC Celebrates Our Store Managers at the 2025 Managers’ Conference & Trade Show

 

Each year, AC hosts the Managers’ Conference & Trade Show in Anchorage, bringing together all 38 store managers for a week of learning, collaboration, and celebration. More than just a gathering, this event is an opportunity for our managers to strengthen their skills, share experiences, and discover innovative products to enhance your local store.

 

 

At the Trade Show, managers explore new products, sample fresh offerings, and connect with vendors to ensure AC stores continue to provide exciting and high-quality selections. This event is a key part of our commitment to offering the best products year-round while staying ahead of industry trends.

Beyond business, the conference is also about giving back. All remaining products from the Trade Show are donated to charitable organizations in Alaska, reinforcing our dedication to the communities we serve.

 

 

The week concludes with the Awards Banquet, where we recognize the outstanding achievements of our managers, not only for their leadership, but also for their dedication to supporting their communities. Many work long hours, often six to seven days a week, to ensure shelves are stocked and their customers are cared for.
